Can I store my luggage, prior to my arrival and post departure?

Luggage can be stored at Reception free of charge, prior to your arrival and post departure.

Do you have onsite parking?

Hotel Moonlight unfortunately does not have onsite parking. To find the best local parking for your stay please see Parking.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

Hotel Moonlight accepts a wide range of payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Cash & Debit Cards.

Where is the closest Tube Station?

The nearest tube station is Earl’s Court Tube Station.

Is breakfast included?

Hotel Moonlight does not offer breakfast. However, fresh fruit, coffee & tea are complimentary during your stay.

Do you have a restaurant or bar onsite?

We do not have a restaurant or bar onsite, but are happy to recommend many wonderful places to eat and drink in the area. Please see our top ten Restaurant recommendations. All of our rooms come equipped with microwaves, mini fridges and cutlery and china is available upon request.

Does the hotel have elevators to get to the rooms?

All of Hotel Moonlight’s rooms are accessible by elevator.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Hotel Moonlight is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Do you have family interconnected rooms?

Hotel Moonlight does not have family interconnected rooms, but can provide baby cots in our rooms for infants.

Do you provide adapters?

Adapters are available to borrow during your stay at reception, please inform one of our Guest Relations Representatives if you should require one.

May guests have parcels delivered and stored at the hotel before and during their stay?

Hotel Moonlight accepts & stores guest parcels, so long as the name is the same on the reservation.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All of Hotel Moonlights rooms are smoking free. We do not have designated smoking rooms on the property.
